All items are shipped out within 1-2 business days. Once your package is sent out, it's out of our hands. We are not responsible for any packages that get lost in the mail.
return & exchange policy
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please send the return item(s) within 30 days from the date you received the shipment. Please include the original tags (still attached). We will happily exchange the item(s) for another or apply Store Credit with your billing name and information. Exchanges are dependent on existing stock Item(s) and must be unused and unwashed in original packaging. If the item is not in stock to exchange we will offer an equivalent item in its place or wait for the item to be back in stock. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping charges or handling charges. All Sale item(s) are Final. If you would like to change or cancel an order, please send an email to us as soon as possible. Please contact us before you send the Return or Exchanged item(s) so that we can check inventory and answer all questions. Please note that we are not responsible for any damages caused to the decal if you did not follow the washing instructions. We do not except returns or exchanges on custom orders because the product(s) are made specially for you, making it difficult for us to resell.
